What does Effervesce mean?

  1. to give off bubbles
  2. to be vivacious or enthusiastic (sparkle)
  
  We came up with the name Effervesce because soap was our first staple product. The tag-line "It's Just Bubbles" was added to give the definition in the name while alluding to fact that the brand creates items using just natural, nurturing ingredients and none of those mysterious artificial additives. (Of course since then our product line has expanded to include moisturizers, doggy products, pain relief, and more!)

How long will it take to receive my order?

• Most orders are received within 7 days of placement.
• Allow 1-3 business days for processing. Once shipped your will arrive in 1-3 business days in the domestic US. 
  
  
• We don't ship after Thursdays to ensure that packages are not at risk of melting by sitting at third party transport facilities over the weekend.

Do you ship outside of the US?

• YES! As of January 2023, we now do international shipping!

Can I return items for a refund?

• For hygienic purposes, we cannot accept most returns. However, we aim to please! So if an item is unsatisfactory for any reason, please email us about your concern and we will respond in 1-3 business days with a solution.
• We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
• To start a return, you can contact us at effervesce.itsjustbubbles@gmail.com. 
• If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Are all your products vegan?

• It depends which vegan you are asking! All products are made with 100% cruelty free plant based ingredients. No animal fats or animal testing. There are a few items that contain Beeswax or Honey which is a controversial topic in the vegan community as they are bi-products of the labor of bees. However, we research and use trustworthy suppliers to ensure every ingredient is ethically sourced. We pride ourselves in being a transparent and trustworthy company so every product page has the ingredient list included for your convenience.
