Why It Works — The Ingredients

Non-Nano Zinc Oxide — a mineral widely used in clean beauty formulations for its skin-conditioning and mattifying properties. Non-nano means the particles are large enough to sit on the surface of skin rather than penetrating into the bloodstream — the gold standard in mineral cosmetic formulations. The reason this mousse provides a breathable, comfortable wear experience without the heavy, occlusive feeling of synthetic coverage products.

Iron Oxides — natural mineral pigments that provide the color in every shade. No synthetic dyes, no artificial colorants — just the same iron-based minerals used in clean cosmetic formulations worldwide. Blendable, buildable, and remarkably natural-looking on every skin tone.

Jojoba Oil (Gotu Kola + Bamboo Infused) — jojoba is one of the most skin-compatible botanical oils available, closely resembling the skin's own natural sebum and rating among the lowest on the cosmetic comedogenic scale. Infused with two of the most storied botanicals in Asian traditional wellness:

Gotu Kola (Centella Asiatica) — known for centuries in Ayurvedic and traditional Chinese wellness as "the herb of longevity," gotu kola has one of the richest folk histories of any botanical in the world. In traditional skin care preparations it has long been associated with supporting the appearance of smooth, even-toned skin and is now one of the most sought-after ingredients in modern clean beauty formulations.

Rosehip Seed Oil — cold-pressed from the seeds of the Rosa canina plant, rosehip is one of the most vitamin-rich botanical oils in skin care — naturally high in vitamins A and C precursors and essential fatty acids. Long valued in folk skin care traditions across South America and Europe for its role in supporting the appearance of even, radiant-looking skin. The full ingredient profile rates below 1 on the cosmetic comedogenic scale — among the lowest of any tinted moisturizer or BB formula on the market. Jojoba rates 0–2, sunflower oil rates 0, rosehip rates 1. No pore-clogging ingredients, no synthetic emulsifiers, no heavy occlusives. Suitable for oily, combination, dry, and sensitive skin types.

Five Shades. Every Undertone.

Fair — our lightest tone with a soft peach undertone. Brightens the complexion and helps soften the appearance of dullness or redness while blending naturally into very fair skin. Best for: cool to neutral undertones, porcelain to light ivory skin.

Light — a versatile light beige with warm yellow undertones. Designed to suit a wide range of light skin tones while evening tone and adding a healthy, natural finish. Best for: warm to neutral undertones, light to light-medium skin.

Tan — a golden tan shade with warm undertones that smooths uneven tone and enhances sun-kissed complexions without looking flat or muddy. Best for: warm undertones, medium to medium-deep skin.

Espresso — a deep, rich brown with warm-neutral undertones that perfects deeper skin tones while maintaining warmth and radiance. Best for: warm to neutral undertones, deep skin tones.

Mahogany — our deepest tone with rich red-brown undertones. Crafted to enhance dark complexions beautifully with depth and without the gray cast that plagues most deep-shade cosmetics. Best for: warm to red undertones, deep to very deep skin tones.

Not sure which shade? A general guide: if your skin has pink or cool undertones, go one shade lighter. If your skin has yellow, golden, or olive undertones, your true shade or one shade deeper will give the most natural result. When in doubt, Light and Tan are the most versatile and buildable.

Texture & Finish

Whipped to a soft mousse consistency that warms and melts on contact with skin. Apply with fingertips for a seamless, skin-like finish. Buildable — a thin layer gives a natural, your-skin-but-better effect; a second pass adds more coverage and tone correction where needed. Sets to a soft-focus, semi-matte finish with a subtle mineral glow.

Wears throughout the day without sliding, separating, or oxidizing — the rice bran wax and magnesium stearate give it staying power without synthetic film-formers or silicones.

How To Use

Warm a small amount between fingertips — body heat activates the mousse texture and makes blending effortless. Apply evenly to clean skin starting at the center of the face and blending outward for a seamless finish. Build lightly in areas where additional tone correction or coverage is desired. Suitable for daily wear.
