A year ago, I was diagnosed with breast cancer and part of my treatment included chemotherapy. I wanted to get ahead of this and really work on protecting my hair and scalp. I ordered this set, threw out all my old products (filled with unsafe chemicals) and about 2 weeks before starting chemo, I began using these products. The night before each treatment, I would wash my hair with the shampoo bar and put the chebe butter all over (I cold capped - a process used to protect hair follicles during treatment). The day after each treatment, I washed my hair with the shampoo bar, used the oil on my scalp and used the chebe butter as a leave in conditioner. This was my routine during my 3mos of treatment. As I lost my hair, you could see new growth coming in almost immediately! When I was finally able to go see my hairdresser, 3mos after my last treatment, she was amazed with all the new growth and how strong and healthy my hair looked and felt! Here I am now 7mos post treatment and I continue to use these 3 products (a little goes a long way!) once or twice weekly when I wash my hair! My hair continues to grow, looks and feels healthy, stronger than ever...and my curls are coming back even curlier than before!
